All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, word pairs, game design, sounds, and the Parent Dashboard, is owned by Nadim Sheikh, trading as neura-mob, and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without my express written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Nadim Sheikh, trading as neura-mob, does not guarantee that the App will meet your specific educational requirements or learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nadim Sheikh, trading as neura-mob, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or educational progress.
I reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. I may also update these Terms. Nadim Sheikh, trading as neura-mob, will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
