The App is independently developed and published by Nadim Sheikh, trading as neura-mob, an individual developer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. There is no registered company or legal entity behind this App.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

The App may ask for a child's name (first name only) to personalise the experience. This name is:

• Stored only on your device
• Never transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Never shared, sold, or disclosed to anyone
• Deleted automatically when the App is uninstalled

2.2 Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Email addresses
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Photos, contacts, or microphone data
• Cookies or tracking data
• Any personally identifiable information beyond the local name

2.3 Purchase information

When you purchase additional learning packs, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (via Apple In-App Purchase). We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details, Apple ID, or billing information. Apple's privacy policy governs this data.

3. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K compliance)

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• The child-facing section of the App does not contain any external links, advertisements, or social features.
• The Parent Dashboard is protected by a parental gate to ensure only adults can access purchase and settings features.
• No behavioural tracking or profiling of children is performed.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected information about your child, please contact us immediately at nadim@neura-mob.in and we will delete it promptly.

4. Parent Dashboard

The Parent Dashboard allows parents and guardians to:

• Purchase learning packs
• View their child's progress and mastered words
• Identify words the child finds difficult

5. Third-party services

The App uses Apple In-App Purchase to process pack purchases. This is the only third-party service integrated into the App. We do not use:

• Third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Crash reporting tools that collect personal data

6. Data storage & security

All app data is stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage for this App. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

7. EU & UK users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, please note:

• We process no personal data on our servers — all data remains on your device.
• The only personal data stored is the child's first name, entered voluntarily by you, stored locally.
• You have the right to delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage parents to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
